What we believe…

The Way of the Modern Senshi

  1. Honor is the most important thing that a person has.  Do not do anything that would risk your honor or anyone else’s.

  2. Give loyalty sparingly, but when you do, honor it carefully and conscientiously.

  3. Respect those above you, and show kindness to those below you.  Always maintain humility.

  4. Make friends with people of quality.

  5. Sleep a healthy amount of time, preferably going to bed early and rising early.

  6. Do not eat or drink anything to the peril of your health or honor.

  7. Master the morning.

  8. Waste no time.  It is a resource that you can never replace.

  9. Concentrate on what you can control, while merely taking into account what you cannot control.

  10. Embrace your circumstances.  Learn to love your life everyday.

  11. Train as though you will fight for your life tomorrow.

  12. Practice the art of peace and the art of war with careful vigilance towards knowing which is called for in the moment.

  13. Find new challenges and rise to the occasion.

  14. Never stop developing your mind.  Learning both in books and outside of books should be continuous.

  15. Seek and appreciate beauty where you find it.

  16. Cultivate at least one outdoor activity.

  17. Evaluate your self and your choices every day.  Each new day is an opportunity to do better and be better.

  18. Be unconquerable.
